Undersecretary for Education and Training Affairs Maj. Gen. Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf
Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, in which he delegated the Director-General of Training Maj.
Gen. Hameed Habib Al-Sammak; it was held here the celebration of the conclusion
of two advanced shooting courses, Advanced Pistol Shooting Course and Advance
Rifle Shooting Course. The two courses were held from 2/5/2010 at Almayadeen
Shooting Company's shooting ranges.
The two courses covered on shooting tactics, position
setups and elements of security and safety while shooting; in addition, the
trainees have gained a lot of modern skills on shooting
techniques.
The trainees presented a practical demonstration of all
the skills that have been trained on, among them were releasing hostages and
protecting operations.
14 trainees, 4 were from the Authority Support have
partaken in the two courses.
The ceremony was attended by the Director of Almaydeen
Shooting Company Col. Retired Ahmad Eissa
Al-Seliem.
At the end of the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Al-Sammak
distributed certificates on the graduates and he was also presented a
commemorative shield to Col. Retired Ahmad Eissa
Al-Seliem.
